CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING KNOWN AS ROBINSONS STARMILLS PAMPANGA ESTABLISHED ON PARCELS OF LAND LOCATED AT OLONGAPO-GAPAN ROAD, BARANGAY SAN JOSE, SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, dlhenwise known as the Special Econamic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Rapithlic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors. of the Philippine Econamic Zone Authority, I, GLORTA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, Piasicdent of the Philippines, da hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000 and Resolution No, 06-544 daled 28 November 2006 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Eranamic Zone Authority, the Robinsons Starmilis Pampenga which stands on parcels of land located at Olongapo-Gapan Road, Barangay San Jose, San Fernando, Pampanga, containing an aggregate area of TWO HUNDRED THIRTY FIGHT THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TWENTY FOUR (238,324) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as defined by the following technical clescriptinnys
