BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1385

DECLARING MONDAY, 20 JUNE 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LAOAG, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE

WHEREAS, the City of Laoag, Province of Ilocos Norte, will mark the celebration of its Charter Day on 19 June 2022;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Laoag to celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that 20 June 2022, Monday, be declared a special (non-working) day in lieu of 19 June 2022, which falls on a Sunday;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Laoag be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, !, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 20 June 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of Laoag, Province of locos Norte.
