BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1388

DECLARING FRIDAY, 24 JUNE 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF MASBATE

WHEREAS, on 24 June 2022, Friday, the Province of Masbate will mark the celebration of the Bagat-Dagat Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Masbate be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 24 June 2022, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Masbate.
