PROCLAMATION NO, 129

FURTHER EXTENDING THE FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE REHABILITATION AND PLACEMENT FOUNDATION FOR THE DISABLED, INC.

WHEREAS, Proclamation No. 100, dated May 6, 1987, authorized the Rehabilitation and Placement Foundation for the Disabled, Inc. (RPFD), to conduct a national fund campaign up to June 30, 1987; and

WHEREAS, the RPFD needs more time to carry out its laudable goal;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Rehabilitation and Placement Foundation for the Disabled, Inc., an extension of its national fund campaign up to June 30, 1988.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the sea] of tne Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
