MALACANANG MANILA PROCLAMATION NO.1392 DECLARING MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 2007, AS A SPECIAL NON- WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR WHEREAS, Monday, September 17, 2007, marks the 55th Foundation Anniversary of the Province of Zamboanga del Sur; and WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the Province of Zamboanga del Sur be given full opportunity to celebrate their province's 55th Foundation Anniversary with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Monday, September 17, 2007, as a special non-working holiday in the Province of Zamboanga del Sur.
