BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. i397

DECLARING FRIDAY, 01 JULY 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DIPOLOG, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, on 01 July 2022, Friday, the City of Dipolog, Province of Zamboanga del Norte, will mark the celebration of its 109" Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Dipolog be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 01 July 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of Dipolog, Province of Zamboanga del Norte.
