BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1398

DECLARING MONDAY, 20 JUNE 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DAGUPAN, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN

WHEREAS, on 20 June 2022, Monday, the City of Dagupan, Province of Pangasinan, will mark the celebration of its 75"" Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Dagupan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 20 June 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of Dagupan, Province of Pangasinan.
