, MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 14 DECLARING THURSDAY, 4 AUGUST 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CABUYAO, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA WHEREAS, Thursday, 4 August 2016, marks the 4^" Cityhood Anniversary of the City of Cabuyao, Laguna; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cabuyao, Laguna be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO R. DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 4 August 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Cabuyao, Laguna.
