MALACAANG MANILA PROCLAMATION NO. -1-4.Q DECLARING MAY 7, 1993 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO WlIEREAS, May 7, 1993 marks t.he 53rd Anniversary of the Charter of the City of San Pablo (Commonwealth Act No. 520); WH, it is proper that the people of the city of San Pablo be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of thePhilippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, °do hereby declare May 7, 1993 as a Special Day in the city of San Pablo.
