BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 140

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A PARCEL OF LAND, LOCATED AT BARANGAY TUBTUB, BROOKE’S POINT, PALAWAN, AS AN AGRO- INDUSTRIAL ECONOMIC ZONE, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, otherwise known as the “Special Economic Zone Act of 1995,” as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), |, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a parcel of land, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 07-232 (s. 2007) and Resolution No. 15-178 (s. 2015), as amended by Resolution No. 16-193 (s. 2016) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as an Agro- Industria! Economic Zone, to be known as the Brooke’s Point Agro-Industrial Economic Zone, located at Barangay Tubtub, Brooke’s Point, Palawan, with an area of Fifty Thousand (50,000) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

Portion of Lot 375, Pls-96

A parcel of land (being a portion of Lot 375, Pls-96), situated in Barangay Tubtub, Municipality of Brooke’s Point, Island of Palawan.

Bounded on the S., along line 1-2 by Lot 376, Pis-96:; on the W., along line 2-3 by Road; on the N., & E., along lines 3-4-1 by portion of Lot 375, Pls-96 all of the plan.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 67 deg. 21’'W., 3,431.51 m. from BLLM No. 1, PIs-96 Brooke's Point, Palawan;
