BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 140

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 01 FEBRUARY 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF CAMARINES NORTE

WHEREAS, Republic Act (RA) No. 11445, amending RA No. 9090, declared February 1% of every year as Jose Maria Panganiban Day, in recognition of his sacrifices and fight for humanitarian reforms for the country;

WHEREAS, on 01 February 2023, Wednesday, the Province of Camarines Norte will mark the commemoration of the133" birth anniversary of Dr. Jose Maria Panganiban;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Camarines Norte be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 01 February 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Camarines Norte.
