BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1400

DECLARING FRIDAY, 24 JUNE 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MANILA

WHEREAS, on 24 June 2022, Friday, the City of Manila will mark the celebration of its 451s' Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Manila be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 24 June 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of Manila.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
