DECLARING TUESDAY, OCTOBER 16, 2007 AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CALBAYOG

WHEREAS, Tuesday, October 15, 2007, marks the 59" Charter Day anniversary of the City of Calbayog; ,

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Gty of Calbayog be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies,

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excuilency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby Geclare’Tuesday, October 16, 2007 as special (non-working) day In the City of Calbayog.
