DECLARING TUESDAY, NOVEMSER 13, 2007, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PANTUKAN, PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY

WHEREAS, Tuesday, November 13, 2007, marks the foundation day anniversary of the Municipality of Pantukan, Province of Campastela Valley;

WHEREAS, }t) |s but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pantukan, Province of Compostela Valley be Given Full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies,

NOW, THEREFORE, I, IGNACIO R. BUNYE, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereoy declare Tuesday, Noyernber 13, 2007, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pantukan, Province of Compostela Valley,
