DECLARING WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 5, 2007, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PALAYAN, NUEVA ECIJA

WHEREAS, Wednescay, December 5, 2007, marks the 42™ Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Palayan, Nueva Ecija;

WHEREAS, if '5 but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Palayan, Nueve Ecija, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, IGNACIO R. BUNYE, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of Her'Excellency, GLORTA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby daclare Wecnesday, December 5, 2007, as special (non-working) day in the City of Palayan, Nueva Ecija.
