BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES: PROCLAMATION NO. 141

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 25 JANUARY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CARIGARA, PROVINCE OF LEYTE

WHEREAS, Wednesday, 25 January 2017, marks the 446" Founding Anniversary of the Municipality of Carigara, Leyte; ‘

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Carigara, Leyte be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 25 January 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Carigara, Leyte.
