BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1415

DECLARING THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 15, 2007, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO

WHEREAS, Thursday, November 15, 2007, marks the foundation _ anniversary of the Province of Oriental Mindoro;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Oriental Mindoro be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, November 15, 2007, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Oriental Mindoro.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
