DECLARING FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 23, 2007, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BENGUET

WHEREAS, Friday, November 23, 2007, marks the foundation day anniversary of the Province of Benquet;

WHEREAS, |t is. but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Benguet be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies:

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by auhorty of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, November 23, 2007, as special (non-working) day in the Pravince of Beryquel.
