MALAcAfran pArJAcE Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATTON NO.142-A AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 142 DATED 06 APRIL 2011 BY DECLARING TUESDAY, MAY 3,2011 INSTEAD OF MONDAY, MAY 2, 2011, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAUAN, BATANGAS WHEREAS, April 27 - May 3,2011 marks the week-long celebration of the town fiesta of the Municipality of Bauan, Batangas; WHEREAS, Proclamation No. 142 dated 06 April 2011 declared Monday, May 2, 2011 as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bauan, Batangas; WHEREAS, the Office of the Mayor requested that May 3,2011 instead of May 2, 2011 be declared as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bauan, Batangas. Now, THEREFORE, l, PAQUlro N. ocHoA JR., Executive secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO s.
