BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 142

DECLARING FRIDAY, 10 FEBRUARY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LAOAG

WHEREAS, the City of Laoag marks the celebration of the Pamulinawen Festival and the “Laoag City Day’ on Friday, 10 February 2017;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Laoag be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 10 February 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Laoag.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
