BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1422

DECLARING SATURDAY, DECEMBER i, 2007, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CAINTA, PROVINCE OF RIZAL

WHEREAS, Saturday, December 1, 2007, celebrates the 436™ Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Cainta;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the.people of the Municipality of Cainta, Rizal, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Saturday, December 1, 2007 as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Cainta, Province of Rizal.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
