CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING TO BE KNOWN AS TOTAL CORPORATE CENTER I WHICH SHALL STAND ON THREE PARCELS OF LAND LOCATED AT 10!" AVENUE CORNER KALAYAAN AVENUE, BONIFACIO TRIANGLE, BONIFACIO GLOBAL CITY, TAGUIG CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748
