RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DUERO, PROVINCE OF BOHOL, ISLAND OF BOHOL.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the municipality of Duero, Province of Bohol, Island of Bohol, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan SWo-14810, to wit:
Beginning at a point marked "1" on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14810, N. 29˚ 53’ E., 133.56 m. more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 2, municipality of Duero, Bohol, thence S. 64˚ 37’ E. 58.36 m. to point 2; N. 26˚ 37’ E. 30.33 m. to point 3; S. 57˚ 28 E., 36.60 m. to point 4; S. 24˚ 43’ W. 151.13 m. to point 5; N. 68˚ 28’ W. 91.44 m. to point 6; N. 22˚ 49’ E. 131.62 m. to point 1, point of beginning.
Containing an area of 13.042 square meters.
All corners are P. L. S. concrete monuments, 15 by 60 cm.
Bounded on the northeast, by Calle Santo Niño and property of Manuel Abueva; on the southeast, by seashore of Mindanao Sea; on the southwest, by Calle Hermita; and on the northwest, by provincial road and Calle Rizal.
Bearings true. Declination, 1˚ 06’E.
