BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 143

DECLARING FRIDAY, 17 FEBRUARY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PADRE BURGOS, PROVINCE OF QUEZON

WHEREAS, on Friday, 17 February 2017, the Municipality of Padre Burgos, Quezon marks the celebration of Padre Burgos Day:

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Padre Burgos, Quezon be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 17 February 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Padre Burgos, Province of Quezon.
