BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 143

DECLARING FRIDAY, 10 FEBRUARY 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TALISAY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, on 10 February 2023, Friday, the City of Talisay, Province of Negros Occidental will mark the celebration of its 25" Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Talisay be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, !, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 10 February 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Talisay, Province of Negros Occidental.
