Proclamation No. 144

RESERVING FOR CEMETERY PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF NAMABBALAN, MUNICIPALITY OF TUGUEGARAO, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for cemetery purposes, under the administration of the Director of Health, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Namabbalan, municipality of Tuguegarao, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-345, to wit:

Lot No. 9985-A. – A parcel of land (lot No. 9985-A of the subdivision plan Mr-345, being a portion of lot No. 9985 of the cadastral survey of Tuguegarao, G. L. R. O. (Cadastral Record No. 441), situated in the barrio of Namabbalan, municipality of Tuguegarao, Province of Cagayan. Bounded on the northeast, southeast, southwest, and northwest by lot No. 9985-B of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 19˚ 05’ W., 1,390.66 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 16, Tuguegarao cadastre: thence N. 14˚ 39’ W., 130.44 m. to point "2;" thence N. 59˚ 32’ E., 197.42 m. to point "3;" thence S. 28˚ 48’ E., 144.74 m. to point "4;" thence S. 64˚ 20’ W., 229.55 m. to point of beginning; containing an area of twenty-eight thousand nine hundred and seventy-nine square meters (28,979), more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, are marked by B. L. concrete monuments; bearings true; declination, 1˚ 04’ E., date of the original survey, March, 1919, to March, 1922, and that of the subdivision survey, August 5 and 6, 1935.

NOTE. – Lot No. 9985-A= Lot No. 10447 of Tuguegarao cadastre No. 151, case No. 8.
