Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Brviran- ment and Natural Sesources and Peres to the powers vested in me by tas, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, co nereby declare as civil reservation for Cemevery Site, a servain parcel of dand of the public domain located in sarangay Barct, Munictpality of Bambang , Province of iiueva Vizecauag as skown and described in AFD Map CR.=375, with ske Following technical description:

i. The aaminisyration and management of the area covered by the reservation shall be under the Lepariment of Local Government.

2. The extrestion and utilization of forest products remaining in the area shall be Subject tc forest and internal revenue jaws anc regulations. A development pian shall be submitted to the Office of the President by the Barangay Council of Barat, Sanozcng, Nueva Vizcaya, within one year from approval hereof, furnishing the Department of Environment and Natural Re- Sources and the Forest Management Bureau copies thereof for record purposes.

as part ana parcel of thre public domain under the jurisdiction of the Department of #nviron- ment and Natural Resources.

The area in question which is within the Salinas forest Reserve, established uncer Executive Order Noo 44, dated May 10, 1914, as amended by Proclamation No. 61, dated August 6, 1925, per AFD Map FR-4 amended, is automatically excluded from tne said forest reserve.
