F j BY THE PRESIDENT OF mE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 144 DECLARING APRIL 7, 1993 AND EVERY YEAR THEREAFfER AS THE FOUNDATION DAY OF MOUNTAIN PROVINCE WHEREAS, on April 7, 1993, Mountain Province will commemorate the Silver Anniversary of its foundation; WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlala\rigan of Mountain Province, in its Resolution No. 69, has resolved to celebrate its Foundation Day yearly on thesaid date; and . WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the residents of Mountain Province should be given full opportunity to celebrate the said day with appropriate ceremonies annually. NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27 of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare April 7, 1993 and every year thereafter as a special day in Mountain Province. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
