BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 144

DECLARING MONDAY, 13 FEBRUARY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PARANAQUE

WHEREAS, Monday, 13 February 2017, marks the celebration of the 19” Cityhood Anniversary of the City of Parafaque;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Paranaque be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, !, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 13 February 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Parafaque.
