DECLARING MONDAY, JANUARY 21, 2008 AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN PAGADIAN CITY

WHEREAS, the City of Pagadian celebrates its annual fiesta on Monday, January 21, 2008 dubbed as the "Pasalamat Festival 2008%

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Pagadian be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by autherity of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, January 21, 2008, as special (non-working) day in Pagadian City.
