BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 1450

DECLARING FRIDAY, JANUARY 25, 2008, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CADIZ

WHEREAS, Friday, January 25, 2008, marks the 34'" Dinagsa Festival of the City of Cadiz;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cadiz be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies,

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, January 25, 2008, as special (non-working) day in the City of Cadiz.
