BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1451

DECLARING FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 1, 2008, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CABANATUAN

WHEREAS, Friday, February 1, 2008, marks the 58" Foundation Day anniversary and the 1% Cabanatuan City Longganisa Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cabanatuan be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, February 1, 2008, as special (non-working) day in the City of Cabanatuan.
