PROCLAMATION NO. 1452

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING WHICH STANDS ON TWO PARCELS OF LAND LOCATED AT BARANGAY TAGAPO, STA, ROSA, LAGUNA, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Econamic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000 and Resolution No. 06-545 dated 28 November 2006 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, the Robinsons Place Sta. Rosa as an Information Technology Center which stands on two parcels of land with an aggregate area of FORTY SEVEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTEEN (47,816) square meters, more or less, located at Barangay Tagapo, Sta. Rosa, Laguna, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot 2 of the cons. subd. plan, (LRC) Pes-12931, being a portion of the cons, of Lots 3 & 4, (LRC) Pcs-2908, LRC (GLRO) Rec, Na, 8375), situated In the Bo, Tagapo, Municipality of Sta.
