BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 4455

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 13, 2008, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PARANAQUE

WHEREAS, Wednesday, February 13, 2008, marks the foundation day anniversary of the City of Parafiaque;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Parahaque be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, February 13, 2008, as special (non-working) day in the City of Paranaque.

IN WITNESS WHEREGF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
