DECLARING TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 1, 1987, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN BAGUIC CITY.
WHEKEAS, Tuesday, September 1, 1987, marks the 78th anni- versary of the charter of Baguio City; end
WHEREAS, the residents of Baguio City should be afforded an opportunity to celebrate this milestone tn their city's history;
NOW, THEREFORE, 1, CORAZON C. AGUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Tuesday, September 7, 1987, es a special public holiday in Baquio City.
