PROCLAMATION NO. 146

DECLARING SATURDAY, 11 FEBRUARY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TALISAY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, Saturday, 11 February 2017, marks the 19" Charter Day of the City of Talisay, Negros Occidental;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Talisay, Negros Occidental be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary,

by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare

Saturday, 11 February 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Talisay, Negros Occidental.
