[ Proclamation No. 1467, July 21, 1975 ]

AUTHORIZING THE PHILIPPINE HEART ASSOCIATION, INC., TO CONDUCT AN EDUCATIONAL AND FUND CAMPAIGN FROM JULY 15 TO DECEMBER 31, 1975

WHEREAS, the heart is the seat of life, and the growing prevalance of heart cases among our people should arouse national awareness to this serious health problem; and

WHEREAS, the true wealth of a nation is the health of its people, and a nation is strong and healthy only as its people are strong and healthy;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ROBERTO V. REYES, Acting Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby authorize the Philippine Heart Association, Inc., to conduct an educational and fund campaign from July 15 to December 31, 1975.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 21st day of July, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-five.
