PROCLAMATION NO. 147

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 2, 1987, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA.

WHEREAS, Wednesday, September 2, 1987, marks the anniversary of the foundation of the Province of Nueva Ecija; and

WHEREAS, the residents of the Province of Nueva Ecija should be aticrded an opportunity to celebrate the event with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby

declare Wednesday, September 2, 1987, as a special public holiday in the Province of Nueva Ecija.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
