T/+7 CREATING AND DE$IGNATING A PROPOSED BUILDING TO BE KNOWN AS ONE GLOBAL PLACE TO BE ESTABLISHED ON A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED AT LOT 1 BLOCK 9, 5'H AVENUE CORNER 25TH STREET, BONIFACIO SOUTH DISTRICT, BONIFACIO GLOBAL CITY, TAGUIG CITY, METRO MANILA, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748 Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by Republic Act No. 8748, and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, l, BENIGNO S.
