PROCLAMATION NO, 1472

DECLARING FRIDAY, MARCH 14, 2008, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF VICTORIAS, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, Friday, March 14, 2008, marks the 10" Charter Day Anniversary of the City of Victorias;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Victorias be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, March 14, 2008, as special (non-working) day in the City of Victorias.

TN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Repuplic of the Philippines to be affixed.
