PROCLAMATION NO. 148

DECLARING TUESDAY, 28 FEBRUARY 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ESCALANTE, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, on 28 February 2023, Tuesday, the City of Escalante, Province of Negros Occidental will mark the celebration of its Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Escalante be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 28 February 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Escalante, Province of Negros Occidental.
