BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1483

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING KNOWN AS BENEDICTO IT CENTER, LOCATED AT A.S. FORTUNA STREET, BAKILID, MANDAUE CITY, CEBU, AS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by Republic Act No. 8748, and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution No. O0-411 dated 29 December 2000 and Resolution No. 07-144 dated 18 April 2007, of the PEZA Board of Directors, the Benedicto IT Center as an Information Technology Center, located at A.S. Fortuna Street, Bakilid, Mandaue City, Cebu, containing an area of TWO THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY SEVEN (2,427) SQUARE METERS, MORE OR LESS, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot 89-C-1-B of the subdivision plan (LRC) Psd-96193), being a portion of Lot 89-C-1 (LRC) Psd-14090, L.R.C. Rec. No. N- 18614), situated in the Barangay of Banilad, City of Mandaue, Island of Cebu. Bounded on the NE. along 1-2 by Calle Andres Bonifacio; on the SE. along line 2-3 by Lot 89-C-1-A of the subdivision plan; on the SW. along line 3-4 by Lot 148, 1-5121 Amd. (Hda.
