BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1487

DECLARING SATURDAY, APRIL 19, 2008, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TARLAC

WHEREAS, Saturday, Apri} 19, 2008, marks the 10% Cityhood Anniversary of the City of Tarlac;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tarlac be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies,

NOW, THEREFORE, I, IGNACIO R. BUNYE, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYGO, do hereby declare Saturday, April 19, 2008, as special (non-working) day in the City of Tarlac.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
