RESERVING FOR MUNICIPAL BUILDING SITE A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KAPALONG, PROVINCE OF DAVAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for municipal building site, under the administration of the municipality of Kapalong, Davao, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the municipality of Kapalong, Province of Davao, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands, plan Mr-286, to wit:
Beginning at a point marked "1" on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-286, N. 23˚ 29’ W. 13,090.91 m., more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 2, barrio of Pagsabangan, municipality of Tagum, thence N. 75˚ 23’ W. 94.68 m. to point 2; N. 13˚ 25’ E. 100.84 m. to point 3; S. 83˚ 49’ E. 82.61 m. to point 4; S. 7˚ 01’ W. 113.93 m. to point 1, point of beginning.
Containing an area of 9,479 square meters.
All corners are P. L. S. /B. L. concrete monuments, 15 by 15 by 60 cm.
Bounded on the northeast and southeast, by property of the municipal government of Kapalong (town site); and on the southwest and northwest, by road.
Bearings true. Declination, 2˚ 09’ E.
Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-286.
