.LACANANG MANILA 149 PROCLAMATION N:O. IN THE MUNICIPALITY DECLARING A STATE OF PUBLIC' CAUIMITY OF APARRI, CAGAYAN I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of thePhilippines, by virtue of the powers 'lJested in me by law, do herebydeclare, upon the recommendation of the Chairman, Natj.onal Disaster Coordinating Council, a state o:E public calamity in the Municipality of Aparri, Cagayan which has been adversely affected by harsh weather, specifically by a severe cold spell, which has reportedly killed at least twenty-fiv'e (25) people. I also hereby authorize the release from the calamity fund of One Million Pesos (Pl,OOO,OOO.OO) to support the on-going relief operations being undertaken by the National Disaster Coordinating council.
