MALAcANaII PALAcE MANiLA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 149 CREATING AND DESIGNATING A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED AT BARANGAY BUNDAGUL, MUNICIPALITY OF MABALACAT, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA, FOR INCLUSION TO THE EXISTING TECO . SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748 Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by Republic Act No. 8748, and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, l, BENIGNO S. AQUINO lll, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916, as amended, its lmplementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 07-518 (s. 2007) of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, a parcel of land of the private domain for inclusion as pad of . the existing TECO-Special Economic Zone, located at Barangay Bundagul, Mabalacat, Pampanga, containing an area of FORTY ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED ETGHTY TWO (41,1821SQUARE METERS, more or less, as defined by the following technical description: Lot 571'A Psd-03-090968 A parcel of land (Lot 571-A, of the subdivision plan Psd-03-090968 being a portion of Lot 571, Mabalacat Cad. L.R.C. Rec. No.), situated in the Barangay of Bundagul, Municipality of Mabalacat, Province of Pampanga, lsland of Luzon.
