PROCLAMATION NO. 1492

DECLARING FRIDAY, MAY 2, 2008, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAUAN, BATANGAS

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Bauan, Batangas celebrates its annua: fiesta on May 2 & 3, 2008;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Bauan, Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL—ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, May 2, 2008, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bauan, Batangas.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
