CREATING AND DESIGNATING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND LOCATED AT ARANETA CENTER, ALONG EDSA AND P. TUAZON BOULEVARD, QUEZON CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PARK PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7816 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, |, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000, as amended by Resolution No. 04-295 dated 20 September 2004 and Resolution No. 06-069 dated 27 February 2006, as amended by the following Resolutions of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority: (a) Resolution No. 06-206, dated 11 May 2006; (b) Resolution No. 07-038, dated 26 January 2007; (c) Resolution No. 07-280 dated 02 July 2007; and, (d) Resolution No. 07-473 dated 10 October 2007, an area located at Araneta Center, along EDSA and P.
