CALLING THE COHNGHESS OF UME PHILIPPINES IN SPECLTAL SESSION By virtue of the powers conferred upon me by the provisions of Article VI, section 9, of the Constitu- “$ion of the Philippines, and in order that the Congress ay consider and pass the 1946 appropriation bill, the public works bills, and the bill increasing the number of Judges of First Instance, I, SHAGIO OSMENA, Presi- dent of the Philippines, do hereby call the Vongress of the Philippines in snecial.session for a period of ten days commencing on Saturday, September 22, 1945, at four o'clock in the afternoon,

All persons entitled to sit as members of the Con- gress of the Philippines are requested to take notice of this proclemation.
