WITHDRAWING PROM THRE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. G& DATED AUGUST GS, 19656 WHICH ESTABLISHED THE MANSALAY FOREST RESERVE CERPAIN PARCEL OF LAND GF FHE PUBLIC DOHAIN SITUATHD AT THE MUNICIPALITY OF MANSALAY, PROVINCE OF ORIZNTAL MINDORC, ISLAND OF LUZON, AND OPENING THE SAME FOR MINING PURPOSES

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Enviranmert ang Natural Resources and pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from the operation of Prociamation Now 88 dated August 9, 1956 establishing the Mansalayv Forest Reserve, certain parcel of land of the public comain situated at the Municipality ef Mansalay, Previrce of Oriental Mindorsa, isiand of Luzon, and declare the area so withdrawn open for Mintrg purposes, subject to existing private rights, if any there be, and existing iaws, policies, rules and reguiations pertinent chereto, as shown in the Surzau of Forest Deuvelop- Ment Hap NO. F.R.-175, wlth the foilawing technical descrip-
